Web 2.0 and newer web technologies make our lives easier if used properly…… I say let’s embrace them and put them to work!! Work smarter, not harder and we’ll all have more time to go running, or whatever we all want to do more of.

I’m a bit of a budding photography enthusiast and I’m hoping to to get a project 365 up and running sometime in 2010. I’ve just bought my camera, a spiffy Nikon DSLR so hopefully I’ll have it figured out by the end of January and start my project soon thereafter.
